Are your door hangers made to order and how long do they take to make?Â
Yes. Every Hey Fancy piece is handcrafted after you place your order. Most orders are completed and shipping within 3 to 4Â business days before shipping so you receive something special made just for you.
Where do orders ship from and when will mine ship?
All orders are handcrafted and shipped from Garner, North Carolina đ€ Once your piece is finished, it ships right away and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
How long does shipping take and will I receive tracking?Â
Most packages arrive within 4-5Â business days after shipping depending on location. Tracking is automatically sent to your email so you can follow your order anytime. The date shows on product pages and in cart is an estimation based on when you place your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?Â
Because each item is handmade, cancellations or changes are only possible within 24Â hours of placing your order. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Are colors accurate and does it come ready to hang?Â
Yes the colors displayed are accurate. Everything is professionally UV printed for quality & durability.Â
Standard and Jumbo sizes arrive ready to hang. Medium sizes are designed for display on easels or to lean on shelves and countertops. Small car charms include an elastic band for hanging from a rear view mirror. Keychains come attached to a keychain ring so they are ready to use right away.
