Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, you must contact us within 30 days after your order shows as delivered.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unused and unworn)
  • In the original packaging (including any inserts, tags, or protective materials, if applicable)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@heyfancydesigns.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • (Optional) A photo if there is damage or an issue

Important: Do not send items back without requesting a return first. Returns shipped to us without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Return shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item sent, defective item, or item damaged in transit).

4. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@heyfancydesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (including shipping label if possible)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items (including special orders)

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, email us before starting a return.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
