Our Current Policy

Since we are a newly launched small business, we handle returns and exchanges case by case to make sure every customer receives the best support possible while also protecting the handmade nature of our products.

We currently do not offer automatic returns through the website. Instead, please contact us directly and we will guide you through the next steps.

What Qualifies for Help

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There was an error with your order
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a quality concern with craftsmanship
