Are your door hangers made to order and how long do they take to make?
Yes. Every Hey Fancy piece is handcrafted after you place your order. Most orders are completed and shipping within 3 to 4 business days before shipping so you receive something special made just for you.
Where do orders ship from and when will mine ship?
Our pieces are made and shipped from several locations across the U.S. Your order will ship from the warehouse that can get your piece made and on its way to you the quickest. 🤍
As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
How long does shipping take and will I receive tracking?
Most packages arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping depending on location. Tracking is automatically sent to your email so you can follow your order anytime. The date shows on product pages and in cart is an estimation based on when you place your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We’ll always do our best to help! 🤍 Because our pieces are made and shipped quickly, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make a change. If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped yet, we’ll be happy to make the adjustment if we can.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Are colors accurate and does it come ready to hang?
Yes the colors displayed are accurate. Everything is professionally UV printed for quality & durability and all pieces arrive ready to hang!
